Zambia

FIELD OVERVIEW:

Base operations for TNI in Zambia are in Ndola. Zambia was a former British colony, resulting in its primary language being English. It has a history of missional engagement, dating back to the work of the revered missionary David Livingstone. However, despite this engagement, the majority of the country remains unreached. Zambia is highly agrarian, with high amounts of unemployment and poverty.

TNI's Involvment

TNI has been planting churches in Zambia since 2009, led by Victor Chibangula. The northern part of Zambia is primarily unreached, and every fall TNI helps lead a crusade to engage that portion of the country. Over twenty churches have been planted in the northern part of Zambia as the Lord has blessed this work. TNI has planted over thirty churches across all of Zambia, with 58 total churches in the network. TNI has been performing trainings in Zambia since 2015.
