Because of the nature of our work, we take great care in assessing each potential missionary or staff member’s calling, readiness, and ability to raise financial support. If you feel the Lord may be leading you to serve, we invite you to reach out to our team for an initial conversation. Together, we will prayerfully discern if it is a good fit for you and for the mission God has entrusted to us.

Signing up begins by browsing our available opportunities in our Mission Portal, found at the top righthand corner of this page. Once you find a trip that interests you, click the APPLY button which will start the process of completing your application, submitting required documents, and receiving team communications.

All team members receive comprehensive pre-trip training including cultural orientation, ministry preparation, team building, and practical travel information. These trainings are led by members of our team over Zoom calls in the months leading up to a trip. We also provide theological training and resources specific to your destination to ensure you're fully equipped for effective ministry.

Trip costs typically range from $2,000-$3,500 depending on the location and duration. This generally covers airfare, accommodations, meals, in-country transportation, travel insurance, ministry materials, and team training. Additional costs may include passport fees, vaccinations, and personal items.

You can donate to specific teams or individuals through our ServiceReef portal. Simply visit the team or individual's fundraising page, which they can share with you directly, or browse active trips on our Mission Portal and click the DONATE button associated with that trip.

Church partnerships begin with a conversation. We work closely with church leadership to create customized partnership plans that align with your congregation's mission and vision.
